You may manage or disable notifications at any time through your device settings or within the App. By providing your email address, you consent to receive transactional emails related to your account (e.g., account verification, password reset). You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time.
All content, software, design, text, graphics, logos, and data within the Service are the property of Meae Care or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights to you. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit regarding the Service may be used by Meae Care without any obligation to compensate you.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MEAE CARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MEAE CARE AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, PERSONAL INJURY, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED USD $100 OR THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO MEAE CARE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Meae Care and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@meaecare.com. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including Sections 5, 10, 11, 12, 13, and 15.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [State], United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be submitted to good-faith negotiation.
